• I have the right to refuse any commission.
• Ongoing project teasers can be used for promotion. Please, notify if you require full privacy.
• No rush orders are to be accepted. I will accomodate your deadlines as much as I can, but if I can't finish a project before the planned delivery date, I will not take it.
• Terms are subject to discussion and adjustments.

• Depending on the client's wishes, payment may be either received 100% upfront or 50% upfront 50% after completion.
• Payment will be received in USD over PayPal or Wise.
• Refunds are only available if I haven't started working yet.

• I own the rights to my own work.
• The project deliverables may and will be used for promotion after project completion date or a discussed period of full privacy.
• The work I create is served under a semi-commercial license, meaning that you can profit off of it indirectly (for example using it for livestreams, Twitter posts, etc), but cannot directly sell it as, for example, merch. If you are unsure of whether your use constitutes commercial use or if you wish to discuss commerical use, contact me.
• It is required that you credit me should you decide to use or share the work I created for you, either by linking my Twitter (@sigmacw_) or my website (mccw.studio). Please, do not simply credit by 'Max' or 'Sigma'.
